Split core current transformer

Split core current transformers are a series of miniaturized openable products designed based on the improvement of current instrument and equipment software processing capabilities. Due to the increase in current monitoring equipment, there is a need for an open-type current transformer that is easy to install and compact.   

Split Current Transformers 5 to 600 amps of alternating current through the center conductor. The split core design allows for non-contact current measurement via magnetic field induction without the need to take the main wire offline and disconnect when installing the CT. This approach enables safer, simpler and portable current measurements.

Measures AC current flow to electric motors,lighting, air condition equipment, etc. Compatible with HVAC temperature control, power management, building automation systems.

Our current sensors are split-core current transformers characterized by high accuracy and low phase shift.  They are precisely designed for the electronic measurement of AC waveform current, ensuring galvanic separation between the primary circuit (power) and the secondary circuit (measurement). Covering a range from 0 A to 125 A, these current transformers are primarily intended for mounting on the primary circuit.

The open-type current transformer is easy to install. There is no need to remove the primary busbar. It can also be operated with power without affecting the customer's normal power consumption. It can be used in conjunction with relay protection, measurement and metering devices.
